Thank you for exploring my work. My background spans agencies, startups, and enterprise teams, where I moved from hands-on creative work into building the systems and operations that help creative teams deliver at scale.

My focus is DesignOps. I create structure that supports better work by improving alignment, building reusable frameworks, removing bottlenecks, and shaping processes that give creatives more room to think and make.

I also bring AI into that mix through prompt engineering, workflow automation, and toolchain integration that help teams create on-brand content with less effort and more consistency.

At the core, I am still a maker who loves craft, but I thrive when I can pair that with systems that keep teams moving forward.

IBM Garage is a collection of practices woven together as a methodology to bring all of IBM together in helping a client realize business value at the fastest and most efficient rate possible. My small team, where I operated as the design lead (UX/UI and visual) and Scrum master, consisted of a strategy lead, 3 researchers and a developer tasked with driving scale and consistency of IBM Garage across IBM Consulting.
